What we trying to do is integrating building's life to daily life with making minimum intervention to the existing building.
Despite the intention of integration with Taksim square by the building's translucent façade,
still AKM is an isolated building for most of people.Its oppressive programme (opera,theater,exhibition hall)
without any daily activities, has a big role of becoming this influence strong.
So we designed an interface between daily life and AKM.
