Main purpose of this project is to remove the boundaries between ordinary people and art,culture centre.
Building is positioned into a park (public space) on purpose, and formed as a fluid topography which starts from ground and rising,
thus it can be a part of public space and welcome people who ever uses that public space and also boundries between spaces in it are removed,
thus people can easily include to all activities or see something by coincidence.
Also people who is outside (under,around) of the building can realise or communicate with activities inside.
